Our company has been dealing since 1992 with
sale, with letting and evaluation of properties at Lake Balaton and consultancy related to them.

Among the properties in Siofok we mostly deal with newly built luxury flats with all mod cons and panorama at Golden and Silver Shore in an exclusive residential area and its surroundings straight at the shore of Lake Balaton. The flats and appartements located here can be used as holiday houses as well as permanent residence.

Close to the project properties in Siofok a highlighted investment of the town Siofok came about in summer 2006 as a result of which a wellness centre with a 600 m2 big water surface, with swimming and thermal pool, water park, jacuzzi and childrens pool has been built.

According to the regulation 7/2006 TNM and 176/2008 we attest the energetic quality of old and newly built buildings. We determine all their energetic characteristics. We carry out control infra red measurings with a professional Infra Red Thermometer Fluke TIR-2 FT20 type which is suitable for clearing up the deficiencies of walls, shut-off devices as well as the reasons for blight. The results of the infra red measurings, infrared and general photos and a register with the detailed data of the infra red measurings are handed over to the principal. The infra red measures with the Infra Red Thermometer are suitable clearing up hidden defects and imperfections, but they also able to show the overheating of machines and equipments.
