The newest building site used to be a car park, it is completely even, covered partly by gravel. Base area is: 4680 m2A great part of the nearby buildings are quite new, some of them are still being built. The place is surrounded by huge plane-trees characteristic of Siófok and by drainage ditch. The place is not neighbouring private plots, it borders only on public domains. The bordering streets are wide and spacious. According to the construction plans there are 3 buildings to be built. The building  A, B and C have been built and the majority of the flats have already been sold. The location of both buildings is favourable and there is also a nice view to the lake from the above floors of the buildings. All the buildings to be built will have outside staircases, outside corridors and lifts. One parking place on the yard is provided for each flat.

The block of 24 flats is located on the border between Siofok and Zamardi, in area of plane-trees about 100 m away from Lake Balaton. The 3-storey building consists of 2 joined parts and there are 9, 9 and 6 flats on each floor. 3 flats on the top floor have large terraces which can be accessed through the bedrooms with exit to the roof. From here you can enjoy the beautiful view to Lake Balaton. The yard will be parked and planted, where a 5x15 m big swimming pool will also be built.
