The newest building site in Szent László street used to be a car park, it is completely even, covered partly by gravel. Base area is: 4680 m2A great part of the nearby buildings are quite new, some of them are still being built. The place is surrounded by huge plane-trees characteristic of Siófok and by drainage ditch. The place is not neighbouring private plots, it borders only on public domains. The bordering streets are wide and spacious.According to the construction plans there are 3 buildings to be built. The first one, building  A is ready and the flats are sold. Now, in the 2nd construction cycle the building of the block of 19 flats, marked C on the position plan takes place. Planned completion: 30st June 2009. The location of both buildings is favourable and there is also a nice view to the lake from the above floors of the 3rd building (B).
