Luxus lakások Siófokon, az Ezüstparton

In the previous years, a residential area of 6 blocks consisting of 101 flats has been built in Siofok on Silver-shore in a beautiful surroundings of old trees directly at Lake Balaton. Some Bauhaus-style blocks have been renovated, some of them have been newly built

In the 2nd stage 8 additional blocks of altogether 64 luxury flats will be built on the 2.66 hectare big area. Each flat will have a wonderful view over Lake Balaton. By the double-row, grape-shaped arrangement, the buildings do not take the view from each other. The perfect view is also guaranteed by the plans, i.e. long ground plans have been planned into tight buildings. There will be a wonderful view from the living room and the dining room. A lot of 4-star wellness hotels and the newly rebuilt sailboat-harbour of Siófok are operating in the neighbourhood of the residential area, which increases the attractiveness of the surroundings

The building development potential in Siófok at Lake Balaton is 30%. This rate is only 20% in the residential area. That is why the character of a holiday area is more emphatic, buildings fit the area, you do not feel crowded.

The residential area is supplied with all utilities. The residential area is fenced, visitors can enter through the reception

Basic equipment of the flats:

  • Shut-off devices: plastic with gas filled heat insulated window-panes
  • Parquetry in the rooms
  • Tile-flooring in the kitchen and in the corridor
  • Walls: white painted
  • Kitchen: connections available (water drain, electric and electric oven)
  •  Heating, supply of hot water: gas boiler in the common rooms of the buildings, temperature controller in each room
  • Measuring of energy, for each individual flat: electricity meter, gasmeter, water meter

The price contains:

  • Own store-room
  • Own parking place,
  • Part of the lot and terrace,
  • The flat of the gardener which belongs the the owners. Now the gardener is living there who is responsible for looking after the park
