Four five-storey condominiums with elevators are being built in four phases on a 10.125 m2 plot on the waterfront, on the Golden shore, in the most popular green zone of the capital of Lake Balaton. In the first ,second and third phase the buildings "1", "2" and "3" , a condominium of 108 flats each, have already been finished.
