6. Measuring of energy, for each individual flat:

- gasmeter
- water meter (secondary meter)
7. Heating, supply of hot water:
- boiler: 1 unit of combination boiler installed on the wall for each flat, with Schiedel chimney and temperature controller for hot water heating and supplying hot water
- heaters: Dunaferr heater (in the rooms), in the bathrooms heaters with heat-cartridge that have towel-drier (summer operation)
8. Bathroom fittings:
