Technical description

1. Brickwork:

  • perimeter wall:  Porotherm 38 N + F block
  • bearing wall: Porotherm 30 N + F block
  • curtain-wall: 10 cm wide partition unit

2. Ceiling:

  • supporting structure: micro-pile basis, concrete supporting piers and ceilings
  • backing: heat insulation of 5 cm and subconcrete

3. Shut-off devices:

  • exterior:
    • white plastic windows and French windows with argon gas filled heat insulated window-panes (coefficient of thermal conduction k=1,1)
    • exterior and interior window-sills of white plastic, with heat insulated ALU blinds.
    • the windows and French windows will have mosquito nets that roll or can be pulled to the sides
  • interior:
    • entrance door: plastic boarded with a fanlight
    • interior doors: wooden panel of the doors.

4. Interior plane of a wall:

  • ceiling: stopping, painted white three  times with breathing plastic-based paint
  • side-wall: overcasting, stopping, painted white three  times with breathing plastic-based paint
  • tiled:
    • bathroom, WC up to the ceiling with brightly coloured, patterned tiles; gross price: 3200 Ft/m2
    • in the kitchen in the band between the pieces of furniture;  gross price: 3200 Ft/m2

5. Floors:

  • living room, bathroom and a small hall: enamelled tile-flooring, light patterns; gross price: 3400 Ft/m2
  • balcony, terrace: granolith frost-resisting coloured tiles; gross price: 2600 Ft/m2 
  • rooms: parquetry (beech) with ledges; gross price: 2600 Ft/m2;

6. Measuring of energy, for each individual flat:

  • electricity meter
  • gasmeter
  • water meter (secondary meter)

7. Heating, supply of hot water:

  • boiler: 1 combined boiler on the wall in each flat, with chimney and heat-regulator for producing hot water used for cleaning and heating.
  • heaters: Dunaferr heater (in the rooms), in the bathrooms heaters with heat-cartridge that have towel-drier (summer operation)

8. Bathroom fittings:

  • white washbasin, WC + hard plastic closet seat, plastic siphon-action cistern
  • shower-bath (80x80), with shower cubicle (glass), white
  • tap system: single lever for hot and cold water
  • bathroom, mechanical airing of  WC, with flap valve ventilator

9. Kitchen – living-room fittings:

  • The flats will be taken over by the owners without any kitchen-fittings (cupboards, sink, taps, cooker), and without built in wardrobes. 
  • Nevertheless, the room for the above mentioned fittings will be available, water-, gas-, electric connections will be available with possible connection of an exhaust hood.

10. Electrical and weak-current installations:

  • electricity.
    • KONTALUX switches and plugs
    • lighting devices only on the outside part of the building (terrace, balcony)
  • telephone: installed (in the hall or living room)
  • cable-TV: installed (living room)
  • entryphone: installed in the hall
  • burglar alarm: the possibility to have it installed is ensured (wires built in the wall) 
  • air-conditioning: the possibility to have it installed is ensured (wires built in the wall).

11. Front:

  • perimeter wall: surfacing: terranova fine-grained structure scrubbed surface, light colour
  • pane of roof: coloured concrete tiles, red

  • steel balcony barrier with sheathing

12. Outdoor establishments:

  • parking lot: in the front and on the sides 12 parking places, 1 for each flat, numbered, with locking possibilities
  • paving: entrance with viacolor paving, car-entrance with grass
  • fencing: 196 cm tall, green steel column, DIRRICH type
  • entrance gates: 1 remote controlled gate and 1 small gate for people, entryphone and mail-box next to the door, 
  • a litter bin opening from the inside near the gate
  • lot lighting: by lights turning on at sunset
  • landscaping: sward and paving, water supply and road-joining ensured
